To access and use the Set ERP software, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You agree to immediately notify Set ERP of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

DATA PRIVACY

Set ERP respects your privacy and takes reasonable measures to protect your personal data. You agree to comply with all applicable privacy laws and regulations and to ensure that any personal data you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Set ERP software and all intellectual property rights therein are owned by Set ERP or its licensors. You may not use any trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information of Set ERP without Set ERP's prior written consent.

SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE

Set ERP will provide support and maintenance services for the Set ERP software during the term of your license agreement. Set ERP reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Set ERP software or services at any time without prior notice.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Set ERP software and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Set ERP does not warrant that the Set ERP software or services will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Set ERP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Set ERP software or services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses. Set ERP's total liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Set ERP software or services.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where Set ERP is incorporated, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Set ERP with respect to the Set ERP software and services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Set ERP.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS

Set ERP reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Set ERP software or services after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
